1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Offer Every Day ("OfferEveryDay", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Alkentar Technologies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Offer Every Day web application (offereveryday.app) and our mobile applications distributed via Google Play and Apple App Store (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, browsing the website, or downloading the mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Service.

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (email and password or OAuth access). You must notify us immediately at saad.zgm@gmail.com of any unauthorized access.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, current, and complete registration details.
• Single Account: You may not share your account or subscription quotas with other individuals.

3. Description of Services

Offer Every Day is an AI-enhanced career productivity platform offering:

• Interactive CV & resume creation, formatting, and export (PDF & DOCX).
• Job description importing, parsing, and keyword extraction.
• Real-time ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility scoring and recommendations.
• Automated cover letter and recruiter outreach drafting.
• Job application status and pipeline tracking.

We continuously improve our platform and reserve the right to modify, enhance, or temporarily suspend features with reasonable prior notice when feasible.

4. User Content & Your Ownership

By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Offer Every Day a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license solely to host, store, parse, format, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe upon third-party rights, copyrights, trademarks, or contain unlawful or malicious content.

5. AI Tools & Employment Disclaimers

Offer Every Day incorporates artificial intelligence algorithms to provide suggestions, resume optimization, and match scoring. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Assistive Guidance Only: AI outputs and ATS scores are advisory recommendations. They do not constitute human resources, legal, or professional career recruitment advice.
• No Guarantee of Employment: Offer Every Day does not promise, represent, or guarantee that using our software will result in job interviews, employment offers, or career advancement. Hiring outcomes depend on independent third-party employers.
• User Verification Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, proofreading, and verifying the accuracy and truthfulness of any AI-tailored resume or cover letter before submitting it to prospective employers.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Offer Every Day offers both free tiers and premium paid subscription plans (such as Pro and Power):

• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize our billing processor to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
• Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the current rates unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Effortless Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click via your account's Billing Dashboard / Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to paid features until the end of your current prepaid billing period.
• Price Adjustments: Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance, giving you ample time to cancel before new rates take effect.

7. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, you normally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

If you encounter technical issues or were charged in error, please contact our support team at saad.zgm@gmail.com and we will work to ensure a fair resolution.

8. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code or proprietary AI prompts of the Service.
• Using automated scrapers, crawlers, bots, or unauthorized scripts to extract data or spam our API endpoints.
• Attempting to bypass quota restrictions, rate limits, or security controls.
• Uploading false, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content, including malware or phishing files.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially white-labeling the Service without express written consent.

9. Platform Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all content, features, code, interface designs, logos, trademarks, and documentation provided on Offer Every Day are the exclusive property of Alkentar Technologies and its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10. Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using the Service and request the deletion of your account at any time through your account settings or by emailing saad.zgm@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse our infrastructure, following written notice where practical.

11. Warranty Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot be waived by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Offer Every Day and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, employment opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid by you to Offer Every Day during the twelve (12) months preceding the event, or €50.00.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where Alkentar Technologies is registered, without giving effect to conflicts of laws principles.

For EU consumers, disputes may be submitted to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
